In this webinar, Principle-based Approach to Exercise Selection, Certified Exercise Physiologist Alex Effer will present a model that provides you with the understanding of how to integrate pelvic, thoracic and respiratory mechanics into the exercise selection process. Alex describes how you could use only shoulder flexion and hip flexion to guide your interventions, how and when to use specific exercise variations to improve thoracic and pelvic position, and gaining the ability to identify advanced exercise techniques based on compensatory strategies.
